LIM MOO SANG

Korean Artist Lim Moo Sang & Work’s

To think of the teaty pot stew of doenjang (soy bean paste) and the clean, sourish kaktuki (pickled reddish) and the hot soup of ukeoji (outer leaves of cabbage)!
And would that I could once again taste the mood of my old home village, made of dusk, hasty evening smoke and women’s preparing supper.
I earnestly desire that my paintings have our own savor and aroma, since nostalgia for them is indispensable for dull moderns.
